ThinkPlus is an initiative of the Elevo Institute, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to helping young Australians equip themselves to face the challenges of the 21st Century.
The organisation started life as the de Bono Institute in 1996. Our first 16 years were dedicated to conducting Educational Design Research, the findings of which could be used to develop educational innovations.
In 2013, we broadened our focus to include areas such as developmental psychology and neuroscience and changed our name to Elevo Institute.
The Institute aims to improve teaching and learning through the development of well-researched and tested innovative methodologies. We know every child has the potential to become a confident and engaged lifelong learner. We make it easy for schools and educators to apply the science of learning to improve student engagement and performance. We support schools to create future ready learners through our multi-modal curriculum aligned tools for learning.

Rhianna Perkin
Consultant Psychologist - BA, BAppSc, PostGradDipPsych, MPsych, MLM(Organisation Dynamics), MAPS, FCCOUNP. Experience Senior consultant psychologist with over 20 years’ experience, including operational and clinical leadership in health and not-for-profit and corporate sectors. Spending much of her career working with children, young people and families and is passionate about creating environments and communities in which children can thrive.

Executive Leader and Business Strategist Experience Extensive experience in leading and transforming corporate services and commercial practice. Proven capability in the design and delivery of large, complex projects across organisations in a variety of sectors including health, disability, government, community, NFP and emergency services
